Yoga at McDonald Farm

Experience outdoor yoga at McDonald Farm! Join Kristy Belton, a 250 HR-CYT, in a 60-minute gentle session that combines breathwork, postures, and grounding practices. Each session is inspired by a natural element to cultivate deeper relationship to the land. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap, and blanket. A limited supply of these props will be available. This session is from 8:00 — 9:00am on Sunday, September 15th.
